Dec. 21st, 2024 06:07 amBrian and Marie came up with me to watch an episode of whatever would seem like the best choice in context.
Brian declined to just hand Maris off to Mom or Aunt Marie, so that ruled out both Made in Abyss and Magical Girl Raising Project, along with Release the Spyce (not so graphic as MGRP, Asuka, or Goblin Slayer, but still has a few bloody moments and is somewhat violent even apart from those).
Tried pulling Little Busters! up on Hidive, but while it does appear in the search results, clicking it leads to a 404 error. Settled instead for episode 3 of Sugar.
(It only occurred to me after we finished watching, to check for other shows there, but then again, I wasn't going to just sit there and try to think of something else fresh, nor do I need to start showing them many more shows than they get to finish or catch up with.)

Joined everyone for a slideshow at some point. (Actually the second that I'm aware of; the first of those was for Drew's last evening here, but I was too tired from work and stuffed from Texas to bother joining.)

YouTube started limiting how many videos I can watch with an adblocker yesterday. Googled around for a workaround, and managed to find a new extension called Pie Adblock, which I tested successfully after uninstalling Adblock Plus and UBlock Origin.
