Three days ago, after moving the carts already inside the lefthand cart bay forward, I attempted a shortcut and tried to update the lines manually, but there was such a gap that I could only move a few carts at a time in from outside the shutter.

That evening, Dad asked me if I made any use of the machine, and I said that that would've been a better time than any to.

-----

Before heading upstairs after dinner, Dad asked me to pour him a waffle and boil some water for coffee half an hour before he drive me to work the next day. That following morning, I instead had two waffles for myself with all the batter that Mom had put together. I did remember to turn the kettle on, but Dad got on my case for having forgotten to save him some batter.

Mom texted me shortly after I arrived at work, that she would make twice as much batter that night.

-----

Just before he'd drop me off at work, Dad asked me to count how many carts in total I end up pushing. Such an opportunity came up when I spotted thirteen all lined up but not corralled. I tried getting the machine that time, but could barely get it to work, and ended up pushing that lot simply to the nearest corral.

I later spotted Jeyson starting his shift, and asked him to show me how to work the machine properly. We brought the one from the righthand bay out to a corral, and I pushed a line of seventeen carts outward before hooking those up.

Dad started taking a liking to Family Guy a while ago, something he used to hate rather passionately, but has particularly recently started watching different clips regularly.

Just last night, I showed him and Mom one flashback I mentioned in 2005, about "Timer the Cheese Guy".

Dad then checked out an adjacent PSA of the original Timer, and Mom looked it up on her phone afterwards. (Somehow, the two versions of either his voice or the song's soundfont sound nothing like eachother.)

Mom had given me a pet calendar of hers while driving me home from work that day, in where to mark down how many hours I have worked each day this past month. I tried accessing my punch log, but it turns out that I need to be clocked in to view that, so I brought the calendar with me yesterday and took care of that at the break room first thing upon arriving at work.

Upon leaving the break room, I noticed someone with a frappucino, and asked where he got that. He specified in one of several cold storage cases near the cash registers.

I later bought a Twinkie-flavored iced latte from one of those, and someone in front of me took notice during his turn to pay for stuff and decided to pay for my item as well.

-----

Following the end of my shift, Mom had some shopping to do at the store before meeting me at Charley's. Read a few pages of Magical Girl Raising Project, and then decided to order a strawberry milkshake for a snack. It came right before Mom met up with me, and she decided to go do something else while I eat it.

Upon coming back, I showed her what I had marked down in the calendar, and she told me she wasn't concerned so much with the exact times I clocked in, but with how many hours each day and week I work and how much I end up getting paid in proportion.

-----

Mom and I watched the last episode to date of Made in Abyss yesterday evening, and now I am all done with Hidive for now. (I do understand that a sequel was announced last year; no word on whether that would be a third season or a fourth movie.)
