dmxratedThose extra 1.5 points I mentioned the other day... Turns out half a point each was for clocking out much earlier than I should have, including the one instance I had already mentioned. One was for clocking out jus a full ten minutes early (nothing less than that), but the remaining one was for a whopping 40 minutes.
Yesterday, I thought I was scheduled to work from 8:30 to 2. However, having a random look at my schedule later on, I found out it was actually for until 4; the confusion came from having looked at the previous days' shift said day itself post-shift, when it was still listed.
If anyone actually does notice, my score is now going to say 5.0 at some point. Currently, it still says 4.5, but in any case, Mom did advise me to start marking down my times in advance in a calendar she had given me recently, and I have even marked down the previous two days to start applying checkmarks (or an X for yesterday) for each day completed, which I'm even gonna extend to days I have off.
(That said, yesterday's shift actually went by pretty quickly. My lunch break was scheduled for 11:30, and I finished my first sweep of the right side of the parking lot just in time for that. Took a 15-minute break, which you're not supposed to punch out for, when I was actually supposed to take a full-hour break, but I actually managed to finish eating and start collecting my gloves and hat back from my locker right upon being called to see Christine, who wanted me and two others (I saw her separately) to start filling up the lefthand cart bay that was completely empty by that point, while one more tends to the righthand bay. So, good thing maybe that I was available to help out when I technically shouldn't have been called up front.)
(Also nice to have spared myself two hours out of a total of basically seven out in some heavy rain.)
