dmxratedPulled the episode back up on both devices, and navigated to the display settings. Brian noticed what I was trying to do, and tried his own hand at adjusting the different settings, before eventually resetting back to default.
Hooking the laptop up while I still had everything set up produced the same result on the TV as on Hidive there. He began to explain the technical differences inherent between any two devices, and continued later after helping Mom with something.

Brian placed an order for some Indian takeout for his birthday last night. For afterwards, Mom had gotten him a dome-shaped cake consisting of a layer each of chocolate sponge cake, cheesecake, chocolate mousse, and a thin coating of ganache.
