Several years after I bought volume 11 of Mon Colle Knights, I finally got around to having Mom buy volume 12 for me.

Yesterday afternoon, while I was walking outside, I noticed a mouse by Phyllis's path. It seemed as if it was dying, but it was still breathing. I told Mom about it, and she said there was little we could do to save it. I went back outside to observe it. I tried using a leaf to roll it back onto its feet, but it only rolled back onto its side. Soon, Mom came out, and asked me if maybe Sabrina got it. I told her that I don't know what happened to it. I suggested that maybe it's just old. She then suggested that it's just scared stiff. Mom then showed me, from the back steps, the glowing color of the fallen pine needles in the sunset. I found it interesting, and she told me that that time of day is called the gloaming, which is the evening between the afternoon and dusk.

Do you have #13 already? If not, would you be willing to exchange episodes?

Neither reply arrived in my inbox, actually.
As for using Youtube, are you going to do so hidden or public? Cause if it's public, there's a fair chance the anti-anime squad's going to get it deleted.
Did you already make the account you'll use? If so, please tell me it's name and I'll add it to my watchlist.

With the Private broadcast option the video does not appear to anyone unless you've specifically added them to an allowed-to-view-list for that video; it may mean less people will find it, but the guy who previously put up MCK episodes got banned after being flagged too often.

On the other hand, if you get banned you could just make a new account, I don't think they've got IP ban.

You have them on DVD, right? Find a computer with a DVD drive and install Yasa DVD to Avi Converter (there are some other freeware options, but those either make the files insanely large or can't recognize the chapter divisions well since the MCK DVD setup works slightly different than western DVDs, and .vob files are no use). This program allows you to decide how much you rip so you can convert them into 10 minute segments right away (Youtube's time limit on videos) and gives good image quality. I'm estimating it'll take a little over 11 GB for the entire series when using 480x640 resolution, but if that's too much try 240x320 or play a little with the settings. (If Youtube gets picky on bytes, you can just re-cut with Windows Movie Maker or something similar).
If you don't have an intern DVD drive, the alternative is hooking up a DVD player to a Video Card, which might require some extra hardware (type depending on what you're using, and whether you already have a Video Card).

Yes, it's possible to rip from VHS if you have a DVD recorder or properly lined up video card, both can cost a fair deal though.
I've indeed got 13 on DVD and am definitely not going to trade it, but I'm still open for exchanging episodes. I can send you the last three episodes in .avi format if you send me three other episodes in return (you'll need a sendspace.com account for that) once you ripped them.

I'm curious now, you were willing to trade the #13 VHS for the #13 DVD so that you could rip the episodes for Youtube, which would cost shipping money. When I suggest I send the #13 episodes digitally, which would cost nothing except some upload time, you give no response, why?
In any case, I'd like to know for sure whether you'll be wanting them in January or not.

Okay then, thanks for letting me know.
I'm kind of in the middle of sending another series around, so it might end up being February.
