dmxratedI took a break yesterday from playing Pokemon after having just finished Pearl the previous day. As much as I would like to play FireRed and copy trainer quotes onto paper, that was a break that I really needed, or else I wouldn't be able to enjoy the game itself. I'm not sure whether I'll start FireRed today or after I finish up Chronicles of 7th Grade. However, I'm kinda leaning towards the former, since I was unable to fill half of the time yesterday.
Mom and Dad took me, Brian, and Frances out sailing yesterday. What better day to do so, since I wasn't doing anything half the time I was home. It was very windy out on the water, too windy to raise the sail. However, we did park the boat near some house, where we met this elderly couple named Bob and Jan, their dog Tebor (spelt right?), and their next door neighbor Dave. Quite by coincidence, yesterday happened to be Bob's 65th birthday. Not much else to say about our visit, though. I just paced around on their driveway, Brian went back on the boat and read some book he had been reading, and everyone else just made small talk with Bob and Jan.
We got home one hour before Frances had to take a bus to her own house. Later, Brian went out with two of his friends, Corinne and some other girl whose name I don't remember.
