A lot has happened yesterday.

First off, I had no bus, going either to or from school. Mom had to drive home from work to drive me to school. I got there just 20 minutes before Economics began.

After Economics and eating lunch, I went to the job fair that was taking place in the Fortunoff Hall. I looked mostly for jobs that had office positions available, and collected quite a handful of fliers. Once I finished, I still had forty minutes left before I had to go to Psychology.

I was supposed to have a Dowling Project meeting with Megan and Victor at 2:30, ten minutes after Psychology ends, in the cafeteria. They never showed up, but then again, Victor did say that if we had that meeting on Wednesday (which was yesterday), we would have nothing to talk about today.

While I was there, though, there were four TV sets with Wiis hooked up to them. Two of them were running Wii Sports, one was running Rock Band, and the remaining one was running Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. Someone left one of the Wii Sports TVs in the middle of a bowling game, and I decided to give it a try, even though I'm not normally into sports games.

On a side note, this is the first time I've ever played any game for something current other than the Nintendo DS. So, while we're on the topic, I think it would be reasonable to make the following comments in the lj-cut:

Even though there are only two current-gen home console games that I'm particularly interested in, I just love seeing the shiny, flashy graphics of all these games. In fact, just recently, the ceiling TVs in the cafeteria (which are always on MTV-U) have recently been showing commercials for Lego Batman: The Video Game and Saints Row 2. Whenever I go to Target with Mom, I tend to go to the video games section and watch the commercials on the TV set there. Every time I see such games as these, I fantasize what a fourth Makeruna! Makendou game (which is what I currently refer to as Project Mai) would look like on the Wii, Playstation 3, or Xbox 360. Arguably, Dark Cloud is the only 6th-gen game that had graphics this good (at least as far as I know), but of course, by the time Project Mai becomes an actual game, these graphics will be outdated.

Anyway, I've already made it known to the library staff that I would not be working on Wednesday [today]. Mom picked me up from school at around 3:30, and we bought a Flash drive and some clothes. On the way home, Mom asked me what I wanted for dinner, and I suggested that she should order a pizza when I'm ready. She liked that idea.
