Abby stopped by at McDonald's yesterday to check up on me. I told her that I'm sick and tired of working at the bun toaster and would like a different job, either at the cash register at my current workplace or any kind of job somewhere else. I'm normally supposed to keep two regular buns, one honeywheat bun, and one quarter bun in the toaster bin as a buffer, but my coworkers demand a different amount of each bun type each week. The garbage liner was full most of the day, and I had to tell someone three times to get someone to replace it. It's said that the cash register job is more demanding than the bun toaster job, but to me, it seems that it will be less stressful. Abby told me that she'll talk to Jody about promoting me sometime soon, so that'll be something to look forward to.
