I also had a visit with Dr. Perret yesterday, and I told him about Dad's lecture from a few weeks ago. Remember those seven goals I wrote down shortly afterwards? Well, right now, I'm still busy being sucked into Sonic Adventure 2, but I'm sure I'll get bored of the game soon enough; I always do, and when that happens, one of those things is what I'll do to support myself. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for Suffolk County Community College to return Mom's call for my job opportunity, so this will be enough for now.
Of course, with the TV being too close to the living room, no one likes it when I have the sound on while they're watching TV, and I prefer to play the game with the sound rather than without. Since that's usually in the latter part of the day, this could help to divert my attention towards something else. (Fanfiction is an option sometimes, but not when Brian or Marie is doing homework on the computer.)
