Aug. 4th, 2006 08:59 amI'm finally done with Music for the summer semester. A lot's been happening, but I've been too busy with my work to record it down.
Someone left a boat on the side of the road, and took off the registration number so they wouldn't be tracked. Mom called the townspeople to come deal with it. A few days later, we came across a mattress on the way home from school.
We had a hurricane recently, and it knocked a huge branch down, which was only caught by another branch. It's still hanging, and I'm not sure whether Dad is gonna cut it himself or have someone else cut it.
I bought a second copy of the Sonic & Knuckles Collection, and for some reason, after I had downloaded the patch (and even after I managed to delete it), I can't hear the sound anymore. I tried a million things to repair it, and I'm still talking to someone across email to look into the problem.
A few days ago, I suggested to LordBudFerg that he and I start role-playing on AIM. I chose to role play the next chapter of Back In Diapers (a Sonic the Hedgehog fic I thought I would never start to read, except that Amy is in it, and Cream appears at the end of chapter 2). He said that he was considering dropping that fic because he's not thrilled about where it's going, but since he got some good reviews, he might continue anyway.
About Grandia III: I've gotten up to the battle with Emelious. After having read the walkthrough, I found out that I've missed some mysteries to solve in Mendi City, and gambling opportunities in Sabatar Harbor, but hoping that I can still do them, I'm going to go back to those places once I'm done with Emelious.
As of yesterday, I had a dentist appointment at 2:00, and Mom gave me some pill to calm me down beforehand. On the way home, we went over to GameStop, and I bought the Sonic Mega Collection+. Of course later on, the pill I took made me too drowsy to bother trying out any games I hadn't tried yet on SMC+, but it was still more than worth my money.
