That thing about Mars appearing in the sky as large as the moon was just a hoax in the newspaper, as I found out last night. If it were to get that close to Earth, though, it would cause a tide that would wipe out entire cities.

I received my Game Boy Advance yesterday morning. I didn't get the game or the player's guide, though, but even if I did, it can wait until I've sucked every last bit of fun out of Sonic Adventure 2.

I also got a notice that my HTML class was cancelled because not enough people signed up for it. Oh well, that saves me some time to do other stuff, like getting homework done for other classes.

While I was at work, Mom took Marie to some fashion show in New York City. When they got home, they took out a pepperoni and mushroom pizza from La Marguirita. I had two slices and a garlic knot, but I wasn't able to finish the crust from my second slice.

Last night, Mom and Dad watched some film called Electric Edwardians, about what life was like before World War I. Marie wasn't interested in the movie, but I watched the first ten minutes. I didn't find it that interesting either.

I just got an idea that will both counter men-bashing and boost the war against global warming: Write a commercial where the father (or son) finds the TV and multiple light bulbs running in the house. He tells the mother and daughter for the 50th time to turn the lights out if they're not using it. One of them asks him why it's such a big deal, and he explains how excessive electricity consumption is contributing to GW.
