Jan. 16th, 2008 07:42 amSome stuff happened over the past few days that I haven't written down. I'm not gonna write all of them down, but here it goes...
I got Pokemon Ruby a few days ago. It's a brand new cartridge that came with the original box.
I was able to talk to Martin three nights ago, but both of us had to leave about a minute after we got started. I actually had a lot to bring up with him, and I intend to do so next time he's online.
As for getting a video card, I figured that it would be a whole lot easier to shop for one locally. That way, I can ask around directly which ones are compatible between my computer and an all-region DVD player. On Ebay, one would have to send emails to various people and wait for a response.
Finally, it feels good to know that the same person who designed the Kendo Rage/Makeruna Makendou webpage is (supposedly) going to read SMW2: Yoshi's Island rewritten (if he hasn't started already). I'm probably going to give him at least a week to get around to it, before I send him a PM asking for his thoughts about it.
