Jan. 27th, 2008 05:50 amMom and I had some errands to run yesterday. First, we went to the Dowling college to buy my textbooks. While we were there, I decided that I might as well buy lunch there after buying all my books. I got a black Angus BLT burger, four miniature York patties, a soft chocolate ice cream pop, and a strawberry Nesquik. Mom suggested that I save the Nesquik for later, because most of that was already loaded with sugar.
Next, we had to go food shopping. Not much to say about that. After that, we went to the gas station, and finally, to the bank to drop off my last paycheck and my two checks from Christmas. And, that was it for the day.
Last night, I finally started decorating my Secret Base in Pokemon Pearl, which I established just days ago. I rolled my dice to decide off of the Player's Guide list of decorations what to get. So far, I managed to get a Pretty Sink, a Chimchar Doll, and a Wii* from some Goods Traders, along with buying a Munchlax Doll from the Veilstone Dept. Store. I still need a Big Table, a Bike Rack, a Pachirisu Doll, two Feathery Beds, and a Red Crystal.
*I know. It's called a "Game System" in the game, but it's still quite obvious that that thing isn't a Playstation 3, an Xbox 360, or anything pre-7th-gen. Besides which, Pokemon is owned by Nintendo, which is the same company that made the Wii and the Nintendo DS.
