Rant #5: It sucks when, in any given game, you think the prizes in any given container (such as the pots in various Legend of Zelda games) or from certain enemies are random, but after playing it enough times, you realize that they're all the same ones in the same places. Dark Cloud was made specifically to eliminate this flaw, and that's one of the reasons I like it so much.
After Mom and Marie came home from a job interview for summer camp, Mom took me to the barber shop. We were there for two hours, and while I was getting my hair cut, Mom and Francesca were talking about those magazines that the shop receives. Normally, they throw them out instead of recycling them, which is a waste, and Mom suggested that she keep them to give to the Amnesty Club, who in turn will donate them to the people fighting in Iraq.
I started playing Dark Cloud 2 last night. For the several flaws that it has compared to the original Dark Cloud, it's still bound to be a really good game. If I do intend to play it, as soon as possible would probably be best, and right now, I could alternate between the game and studying for my finals. Once school's out, I could then alternate between the game, Chronicles of 7th Grade, and learning Japanese.
