I received my new kanji dictionary two days ago. I also sent back Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV and volumes 3 and 4 of Galaxy Angel, and re-rented volume 1 of A Little Snow Fairy Sugar.

I spent a good portion of yesterday adding to the list of video games that need to be translated. The list of Super Famicom games were sure a hassle, as were those for the Famicom and Famicom Disk System, but I got it all done in one day. I even had time to complete the lists of untranslated games for six more consoles, which didn't have nearly as many games as the three aforementioned.

Marie came home yesterday, and brought cupcakes, donuts, and cake with her. I had two cupcakes, which were both chocolate covered and had some candycorns. After I was done eating, Marie was playing with the cat, and I put A Little Snow Fairy Sugar into the DVD player, and fast-forwarded to one scene in particular from episode 4. Mom was on the phone while I paused before that scene, but I unpaused as soon as she was off.

What I showed Mom and Marie was that time when an agitated cat corners Sugar and Salt somewhere and hisses at them. Pepper tries to reason with them in "cat language", (i.e. "Mr. Cat, meow meow meow meow meow meow meow meow meow meow meow meow meow meow meow!") She then turns to the other two fairies and says "Mr. Cat doesn't listen." (In my opinion, that was the cutest scene in the entire series. Thought I might show them as long as the novelty of having a new cat was still there.)
