Dec. 24th, 2008 04:15 amYesterday, someone came to fix the oil burner.
Around that time, I decided to tinsel the tree with Brian, Marie, and Scott. While we were putting the tinsel on, Scott looked on his MP3 list for something festive to play. Someone then suggested that I play Twisted Christmas on our stereo. At first, I forgot that we even had a (burned) copy of the CD, but then I set it up to play The Twelve Pains of Christmas (the first track on it). It only took us each the length of that song to use up our box of tinsel. I then turned the stereo off and told Scott what it was in case he was interested. He then suggested that I try out Twisted Sisters' Twisted Christmas, and we listened to one of their songs, but it turns out that they don't spoof anything lyrically.
Scott had to go home shortly after we finished putting the tinsel on the tree.
Last night, Mom took Brian on his first visit to Dr. Perret's office. He didn't actually visit Dr. Perret himself, but he did meet his wife.
While Mom and Brian went there, Mom dropped me and Marie off at Target to pick up some more Christmas gifts. I got something for Mom, and then went to the games section to pick up something thing for the whole family (originally Mom's suggestion). I then looked around at the rest of the games available.
( My thoughts while looking around: )
Mom eventually picked me and Marie up from Target, and brought us to the library. I looked at MAD Magazine's 20 Dumbest People, Events, and Things of 2007 while we were there. Mom and Marie took out a whole bunch of DVDs, and used my library card to take them out. When we got home, I went to bed, but everyone else watched an episode of The Tracey Ulman Show.
