Two rounds yesterday.
Round 1: First turn, went to the Game Corner, challenged Chikashi, and as it turned out, he had a Battle Win card to start the game with. Got a call from Hana after that turn ended. Stuck it out with her for the rest of the game, and even though she was the designated Nakayoshi girl, I didn't have to compete for her nearly as much as the previous round. Sesshuu set up a date with her, but it didn't go well.
One time, during two consecutive visits to the Information Center, I bought a Reika Gekitai card, only to get it stolen by the theiving cat before I bought a Hanakaeshi card.
During the game, I managed to bring Hana out to the beach and see her event at Panda Burger. Alfonso announced her event at Panda Park, and once again, Sesshuu beat me to it. This time, when I went shopping, I was only able to buy a Battle card, but not before Reika got the jump on him. Sesshuu had set up a date with Hana for Cafe Liquid the very next turn, but was forced to go home instead. I beat Hana there hoping she'd talk to me (which she didn't), used by card, and stole some of Daisuke's energy. However, that's something I should have done much earlier in the game, because having two full energy bars allowed him to stay on a roll with Ayumi.
Towards the end of the game, someone used a Youshi Down card on me, and then one of the girls that wasn't Hana called me for a date. I turned down her, and lost what little Youshi remained. I was forced to stay home. No one came to visit me, but it wouldn't have mattered anyway, because Daisuke won the game right then and there.
Round 2: Started out with a Tokkae card, used it, and found a Love Love card in my pocket the next turn. Lagged behind as far as getting a girl went. Battled Daisuke at the Game Corner, and stole a Battle Card instead of some energy. Shortly thereafter, I got invited to a Cafe Liquid party, and invited Shizuku there. After the party ended, she asked me out on a date to Panda Park the very next turn. Finally, now I have a girl to get rolling with!
Anyway, I beat Shizuku to the park, turned down an offer for some work, used my Battle card to challenge Chikashi, and stole the Shrine Date card that he bought the previous turn. Seeing how low my energy bars were, this made for a bad first date, but not bad enough for her not to want to see me anymore.
More bullshit happens. I manage to invite Shizuku out to the Shinto Shrine the next chance I get. Blah blah blah. Daisuke is doing well with both Makoto and Natsuki, but even better with the latter. Reika eventually found me, and I would've been able to pass her off to Chikashi if I had stolen Chikashi's Reika Ageru card instead of his Battle card. But when she did, the charts showed that I had almost enough affection from Shizuku to win a Love Love ending. It also showed that Daisuke had enough to win with Natsuki. After she finally got off my case, I beat Shizuku on a date to Panda Park, and thought I had the game owned right then and there! But no. She just left before I could say or do anything. Daisuke then met Natsuki at Itoh Mart, and took the game.
Fucknugget!
