To start with, here's some stuff that should've taken care of last summer. Only thing was, I was already busy playing the games I played in 7th Grade, what with Chronicles of 7th Grade going on, and it didn't seem at the time that I'd be getting Battle Points real fast in Pokemon Emerald. Some information will be in an entry accessible through the below link:

Anyway...

-Ruby: Taught Hitmonlee TM32 (Double Team) to replace Rolling Kick. Had the TM right on me ever since having dug it up from a soil mound on Route 113, and he had two other Fighting moves already.

-FireRed: Taught Aron TM28 (Dig). Once again, this one had been in my TM Case ever since I got it automatically early in the game (after fighting a Rocket Grunt in Cerulean City).

-Emerald: Had someone at the Battle Frontier teach Ralts Defense Curl, which replaced Double Team.

Also, at this point, I think I'm going to switch Mawile for something else. All it has to attack with are two Dark moves, one of which Houndour also has, and she especially sucks at the Battle Palace, where she uses Iron Defense and Baton Pass much more often than actually attacking. Pelipper is by far my most powerful fighter on my Frontier team, and being a Water- and Flying-type, its worst enemy is electricity. Unfortunately, I have no Ground-type Pokemon that are worth bringing to a fight, but I do have a Level 35 Bagon, which has the potentially paralyzing Dragonbreath. Dragon-type Pokemon are strong against Fire, Water, Lightning, and Grass moves, so that one might be worthwhile.

As far as the Trainer Hill goes, skrew it. I can't seem to assemble a team that can win even the first fight. I was able to zip through the Single challenge in FireRed's Trainer Tower, even though I didn't attempt the one in LeafGreen.

Had an appointment with Dr. Perret yesterday, so I had arranged a bus to take me to the hospital beforehand, an hour or so before Mom got off of work. Nothing really noteworthy was brought up with him. Mom had to stop at Waldbaum's and Pope Liquor on the way home, which once again, wasn't anything special. However, when we got onto Long Island Avenue, Mom noticed a large black dog with a white underside, running around in the middle of the road. She turned around a few yards beyond where we passed it, so that we could make sure that it was near its home. Apparently, it was, because after a few minutes of watching it, it ran to the porch at the nearest house.
