Feb. 24th, 2010 07:50 amForgot to mention, but as we were coming home last Sunday, a Maltese terrier came out from the woods and right in front of us. Mom pulled over and tried to round it up, but with no luck. After about ten minutes of this, she continued on, and then asked two girls that we passed by if they knew anything about the dog or who owned it.

Mom got the color back on the DVD player yesterday. Turned out that the cables were switched around. I told her that I'd bring this up again as soon as I hear back from Brian.

Spoke to Jake for the first time in weeks. He was curious to know exactly what I wrote up to show Dr. Perret, and I typed up a copy to email to him. This might have led to some reconciliation about Parasitic Trio, because we did touch up on the very issue that made him decide to avoid the ficseries a year ago, which was non-legendary Pokemon being able to contend with legendaries. He also asked me to let him know what the outcome is once I speak to Dr. Perret about it, and we agreed to continue ironing things out then.
Jake had also said something about reconciliation. He said that sometimes, even when friends do make up, one of them isn't satisfied because he or she thinks it wasn't the right way to go about, or something like that, and another dispute ensues before they really come to terms with each other.
This issue of making up is exactly why I'm using Sugar as my userpic today. Something takes place between her and Saga throughout episodes 5 and 6 of A Little Snow Fairy Sugar, but in this case, the second part of the conflict takes place not from what Jake specified, but from a misunderstanding between the two of them. (Chelle now uses the follow-up to the pic I'm using whenever she's pissed off. I gave her the screenshot to use because she had a Shinzo pic she wanted to replace with something else.)
