Jun. 8th, 2010 05:05 amThe person who bid on Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time never paid what she owed me. At first, since it was Memorial Day weekend, Mom told me when I brought it up that they might be on vacation. So, since the default instructions say to pay within 48 hours after an auction ends, I gave them an extra two days to pay up, emailed them a reminder between those two days, and they still didn't.
As it turns out, sellers aren't allowed to leave negative feedback anymore. Instead, I reported the non-paying bidder, and gave them four more days to pay up. I need not say that they still didn't, and I've decided that they have forfeited at this point.
Quite by coincidence, this is exactly the game that Dukeburger was particularly interested in if it hadn't sold. So, I came back to her yesterday to ask her if she still was. Right now, I've told her that I wouldn't charge her for it, and we still have yet to decide whether to mail it, drop it off, or have her come pick it up.
