Oct. 22nd, 2010 06:51 amHad Mom drive me to Borders upon picking me up from work yesterday. She went out food shopping while I was there, and had also looked for a new videotape for me to re-record Makeruna! Makendou Z with. However, Kmart only had packs of 12 tapes for $24, and since I hardly ever even watch TV, let alone tape anything...
Anyway, I went to Borders specifically to skim through more chapters of the Haruhi manga. I also noticed two of the novels (several copies each) on the same shelf with the manga. Managed to make mini-summaries of all chapters up until mid-volume 7. The store didn't have anything beyond that, and Mom called me on my cell phone to come back out to meet her.

Decided that, for the sake of enhancing the video quality, I am going to play Makeruna! Makendou Z all over again. This time, though, it shouldn't be nearly as much of a hassle as it was a year and a half ago. I'm not gonna be spending so much time copying stuff down into a notebook, and I don't have term papers to get in the way of my progress. Even though I have a personal TV set that's compatible with the PC-FX, though, I might decide to use the one in the living room anyway, so that I only have to unhook the VCR in order to upload my footage.
Well, yeah. I never suspected back in 2009 that everything I would upload a year later would fidget so much. Right now, I'm suspecting that the reason behind that would be because Mom originally used the tape to record episodes of Nigella Lawson, before I started using it for my game. That's why me and Mom are gonna look for a new one this morning, before going to a dentist appointment that I have at 10:30.
Anyway, instead of just uploading individual scenes with voice acting, I'm going to try to upload everything by the chapter, including dialogue w/o voice acting. (Not gonna bother with the gameplay, opening/ending sequences, or the credits, though.)
