May. 12th, 2011 08:29 amBeat Mario Party 2 yesterday. Actually, I haven't really been aiming to beat it; it's just a way to pass time between chores and looking at ReadJapaneseFast, and also while I'm waiting for people to get back to me. One of these days, I probably am going to give it a rest.
Bought three GameCube controllers and a second Wii remote off of Ebay yesterday, so that we can all play Mario Party 2 or Wii Sports when we go on vacation in several weeks and meet up with everyone. After all the help I've given Mom and Dad with the garden and the new shed, Mom originally agreed to pay for it all, but she couldn't remember her PayPal password. I decided that just this once, I would pay for it, and she could give me the money back when we go to the bank to deposit a twenty that Dad gave me last Sunday. I told her that after this one time, it would be up to her to either recover her password or create a new one.
