Oct. 13th, 2011 07:59 amForgot to mention yesterday, but before Mom and I went into Stop 'n' Shop the day before, she went into Savers just across the parking lot. I hung around for most of the time she was in, but briefly went inside while she was in line at the cash register. On the video shelves just to the right when you walk in, I noticed some music tapes that resembled Atari 2600 cartridges but had tape on the bottom similar to a cassette tape. I went over to Mom, and she had me lead her over, and told me that they were 8-track tapes, which had become obsolete some time ago.

For whatever reason, I have been unable to check my email. When I try to view it, the site asks me to log in, but doesn't recognize my password. Had to use Mom's Gmail account to contact the library about it.

Just found out yesterday that the Battle Frontier and Battle Tower in Pokemon Platinum retain the respective songs from Diamond and Pearl. Why did someone decide to give them different themes in HeartGold and SoulSilver? The songs they had for DPP were a whole lot better.

Got up at 3 in the morning, coinciding with one of Dad's midnight sessions on the computer, to add new notes to the Parasitic Trio outline, and had been up for the following two hours before briefly going back to bed. While I was busy, Mabel was laying on top of the monitor (one of her favorite places to rest on), and she climbed down. I helped her down so that she wouldn't weigh down the keyboard tray too much, and then noticed a preying mantis that she was eying. I brought her away from it, and then brought it out the front door.
