Yesterday, someone came to fix our cable service, because Mom and Dad had been unable to watch any TV at all since the previous day. After having a look at our main TV set, he drove his van onto Masem Court to remove some kind of block on this wire connecting our house to something over that street. While he was busy, someone was trying to drive by in their truck, and he started shouting for him to move the van out of the way. It is a narrow street, and while he could have just as easily squeezed by or waited for him to finish what he was doing, the cable guy told us that he's learned to deal with this kind of thing, as long as they don't hit him.
