Having done some further research, I have decided that I will aim to create a TV channel, if not a network, for what I want to accomplish. Those are the entities which hold power over what gets aired, regarding both shows and commercials.

Right now, I'm starting to feel like continuing with the Lucky Star spritesheet that I started almost a year ago. Given how much more work I've got left with Kanji in Context, I'll probably just aim to draw up the sprites for Tsukasa and the hived versions of the other three core characters. I already do have most of Kagami's hived sprites drawn out, so that's a headstart.
