Dec. 8th, 2012 05:41 amGot an Angry Birds email about four weekly tournaments that are going on on Facebook for this month of December. First tournament has been going on since last Monday, and ends this coming Monday. (Not sure why I didn't get the email earlier, but no big deal.)

Finished Konata's regular set on my spritesheet, and decided that I'll have a break from it until Monday. Turns out that only one level opens up on each day (unless you pay to have one more or the rest of them unlocked), and there was still one more that had yet to be unlocked. Decided to wait until today to actually play it. In the meantime, I did have fun playing Angry Birds Volcano, Ultrabook Adventure, and the Rio episode Golden Beachball.
Also saw other episodes on the same page where you access the tournaments. A few of them are already on the original game, but there are also two episodes called Pigini Beach and Green Day, which currently aren't anywhere else. Not sure whether to play them or not. On the one hand, there is Surf 'N' Turf, which used to be exclusive there but was the latest episode on Angry Birds classic last time I was playing that, so Pigini Beach might become something as well. On the other hand, Green Day is a tie-in with the band of the same name, and considering that another game called Lotus F1 Team, which used to be on Facebook, is now gone, I'm not sure whether the same will happen to that or it will become another classic episode (since, on the other other hand, Rio had its own entire game which is still available in the store).
(Just don't want to spoil things too much for myself, that's all. Am making an exception for the latest Seasons episode that the tournaments are based on, since those are only around for a limited time.)
(Will probably play the six levels after I eat breakfast and fix myself up, if not after we also spend some time at the gym this morning.)
