So that's what went wrong...
Feb. 16th, 2013 03:19 amRe-read Kristina Potts' walkthrough for Wonder Project J2 last night, particularly about Josette's RPG, more carefully. As it turns out, I wasn't supposed to enter the house right after unlocking the front door.
Well, now I know what to do next time. I do plan on playing the game again sometime, but most likely after I buy a fresh hard drive (most likely as Dad's Christmas gift next year). When I do, I will be starting a new game, now that I know the ropes to it. It'll be more fulfilling to play it through without any stalling whatsoever. Ditto for Mother 3, if I ever decide to play that one over again.

Speaking of the Earthbound/Mother trilogy, the day I wrote the entire summary for Earthbound Zero happened to be the same day that Mom and I went to each get an eye examination beforehand. It's been two days since I completed that for Mother 3, on which I later went with Mom to get a new pair of glasses each. What a coincidence!
