Mar. 6th, 2014 05:55 amBought a copy of the Buster Bros. Collection yesterday, for only $6.97. Particularly interested in the third game, Super Buster Buddies, which I've been finding rather amusing. I mean, you've got a pirate captain, a chick, a stereotypical Mexican, and a pink anthropomorphic leopard panther in a top hat, who all seek to steal famous paintings, and each time you clear a stage, they do a little dance (or take a bow) to the P.C. Richard & Son jingle. Really, there ought to be a future reference to it in Starbound, particularly if the party were to visit an art museum somewhere (probably in the story's second arc).
(For the record, Brian and Marie have seen the second game, Super Buster Brothers. Technically, that's on the same disk as well, but in the form of its arcade version, which has different backgrounds and music (and said music was upgraded for this port), as opposed to the SNES version that Aunt Marie and Uncle Ray own.)
