Went to the library with Mom yesterday to drop off Save Me! Lollipop (did not appeal to me upon watching it) and volume 5 of Avatar: The Last Airbender: Book 1: Water. Checked out volume 1 of Book 2: Earth, and reserved the second volume.

Deposited some cans and bottles at King Kullen afterwards while Mom did some shopping. Combined with what I had accumulated beforehand, I made up a total of $3.08, which I would have spent on three Numbers BoxPlays. I didn't, because for whatever reason, retailers are not allowed to combine sets of numbers onto a single ticket anymore. I thought previously that I was told this was possible with StraightPlays and BoxPlays, just not with 50/50, but this time, I even asked about PowerBall, and the same is true with that.

Honestly, that is not environmentally friendly, and pre-printed scratch cards aside, I don't see any reason for this if this was possible before. I made up my mind to send an email to the lottery website when we got home, but as it turns out, the only way to contact them is either by phone or with a poorly designed contact form. A limit of 250 characters is understandable, given how many emails they probably receive, but here, you're not even allowed to use parentheses, hyphens, or question marks (even though they have a "question" category), they don't tell you the limitations, and if you breach one of them, the page deletes your whole comment.

I will not be playing anything for until I receive my next allowance, and from now on, I'm only gonna be playing one set of numbers for whichever game I choose for a given week. Doesn't seem likely that those fill-out sheets are any actual substitute for tickets, just something with which to specify one's criteria before having some tickets processed. They even have a section with which to specify the number of tickets you'd like, despite having a total of four or five game panels.
