Jan. 2nd, 2015 04:58 amEveryone was hung over yesterday morning from that party. I started the morning off with four slices of bread, before finally getting focused on the lemon. Also sent Brian an email linking to Starbound, since work isn't gonna be in the way for him until Monday.
Even with all distractions out of the way, though, I just couldn't do it (Brian chalked it up later to stressing myself out over it), so I offered Jake instead to commission for some artwork. He asked for anything involving big breasts, and so I requested one such pic of the Beehive Brigade naked and embarrassed (also in hopes that it will inspire him to finally begin their story upon completion).
Come ten, everyone was still asleep, most of them at Marie's place, which meant I couldn't arrange for a ride back home yet. Didn't want to leave on an empty stomach anyway, so I ate some real breakfast by myself at Robinwood. Ordered a waffle and some corned beef hash, but forgot to tip the waitress (realized later when Mom emailed me and asked if I did so).
Marie would order a train ticket online for me, but when I brought up the idea of returning home with Brian, he suggested that I stay and keep him company. I decided I might as well, especially since it might be more practical to discuss the fic in person with him rather than through email.
Had a real stroll around town after chatting with him, managing to return only after dark. For dinner, he decided to treat me to Robinwood, although I'd be in charge of paying the tip. Turned out when we got there that it was already closed, as the waitress ansering the door told us that her boss let her and the others have off early given how busy they were. I did still give her that tip that had slipped my mind early on.
From there, the two of us paid Marie a visit and had dinner with her instead. He also stayed there to read the fic on her iPad while I went back to his place after dinner.

First thing I wanna do when I get home, is to see how far I can get in Candy Crush and Candy Crush Soda each on a new 5-life blast. The morning after, to be honest, I think I really do feel inclined at this point to work on a new Parasitic Trio chapter, and then doing some spritesheets afterwards just to switch gears. I was going to work on PT a year ago, right after completing Starbound: Birthday of Destiny, before Mom talked me instead into focusing on Javascript again. Materialism aside, the ficseries still seems like a worthy project in its own right, to work on on my terms.
