May. 18th, 2015 08:00 amMade a batch of meatballs yesterday afternoon. Mom and Dad were at someone's house, it was 7:00 when they were finished, and they still weren't home by that point. So, I simply stored them in a container and decided that Mom and I would make some spaghetti tonight, since all that would be too much for me to have by myself, which would mean more to save.
Should mention that I mixed some parsley and garlic into the meat itself, when in fact the recipe I used intended that for the sauce. Shouldn't be a big deal, and we usually use pre-processed sauce anyway.
