(no subject)
Jun. 10th, 2015 06:36 amHere is a page listing all kinds of legitimate contact information for both PayPal and Ebay. (Yes, I found out yesterday on PayPal's blog that Ebay is also currently supporting Autism Speaks.)

(Note: The sthompson address is no longer active. PayPal's current president is Dan Schulman, so you can contact him at dschulman@paypal.com.)
Posting this, because upon visiting the contact pages on both websites themselves, I saw no dropdown option to select "donations" or even "other" as the subject. I tried calling PayPal's customer service number, and had to deal with two consecutive people in one call who could not understand what I was trying to run by them. I found the above-linked page simply by seeing if anyone else had similarly bad experiences with customer service as I had.
Went on to contact as many of AS's other affiliates as possible without any complications. That is to say, there were some that I didn't bother with for one reason or another.
Really, I don't expect anyone to actually respond or even read the message that I had sent them all. I just figured that as long as I'm sending an email to PayPal and Ebay in particular, I might as well tackle more than just those two.
