Nov. 2nd, 2015 06:33 amFinally got around to testing that new plug, along with clearing the memory card I was using, and suddenly, the system's stopped reading disks. All I can do anymore is explore memory cards and the system settings. I even tested Makeruna! Makendou 2 in it, and neither that nor Snowboard Kids Plus even spun inside the disk compartment when I opened that. Re-swapping plugs didn't work either.
Complained to the seller, who claims it was fully functional on their end and might have been damaged during transport. Regarding a refund, they have said "It has been the other day $ 30 refund [for the enclosed plug], I want to return to the Amazon because it full refund."
Return to Amazon? I contacted them specifically through Amazon. Gonna have to show Mom when she's home.
In the meantime, this is exactly one other reason Mom suggested that I try out that PSP she got me. Will be sure to check that out tomorrow at the latest; there are still several more things I would like to focus on first, so that I don't have to think about them once they're done.
