May. 27th, 2016 05:44 amTurns out it really was those batteries that were wrong with that Wii remote. Somehow, we three pairs of AA batteries in a drawer in our dining room, and none of them work when tested in a small flashlight. It's not the flashlight either, because the ones already inside it worked just fine before I emptied them out.
Mom has already promised to get those things recycled somewhere, and it would be practical for her to buy a box of new ones when she does so.

Something is also wrong with the scanning function of our printer, now that we've got it hooked to my computer. Mom tried to have me scan a document, but the printer wasn't able to retrieve a list of applications from the computer, and she had to print one side of it up instead. I tried troubleshooting this, but soon decided that it might be best to have Brian look at it next time he's home.
