Oct. 28th, 2016 06:57 amSo, I've noticed that whenever Dr. Sandoval has to assign a color to something we've all been designing together, one of his favorite colors happens to be salmon-pink. I asked him about that, and he said that, back in the late '90s, when the available colors to design stuff with were limited, that one in particular stood out as nice-looking enough a background color to display text over. At some point, his boss (he had a different job at the time) asked him to stop using it, and that's when he grew even fonder of it.
He went on to mention that, whenever he goes to eat with others at a steakhouse, salmon is what he always orders. I, in turn, mentioned a certain anime girl with hair that color, which I would write down for him at the end of class as Yutaka Kobayakawa. (I wasn't able to show him online, because he still had the projector on and could get in trouble for showing stuff to the class that has nothing to do with the course material, or something like that.)
