Dec. 14th, 2016 05:27 amWent to the gym with Dad yesterday, and asked a receptionist when this month's bagels were due to arrive. He told me around 7 or 7:30, and another told me it was 6:30 at the moment. I relayed it to Dad, and he said that we'd be gone in the next hour (implying he wasn't interested, despite certain later complaints to Mom when it came up between all three of us).
Spent 25 minutes on the treadmill, and noticed someone delivering them just after I got off. Did a total of ten machines so that I wouldn't seem too early like I was just wasting time eating, and proceeded to do some bendovers in the backroom. Dad found me (he told Mom later that he called my name, but I must not have heard him), told me I was doing them too fast, showed me how to do them properly, and then we went to get our jackets. I walked fast in order to make it to the bagel table, and managed to apply some cream cheese to an onion bagel.
(Next month (on the 10th), I should do just 20 minutes on the treadmill (if there are no stairmills open), pick a sesame bagel, and offer Dad a bagel as well. If he asks me again to hurry up, though, I'll be sure to ignore that then.)
