Apr. 23rd, 2017 05:31 amMarie and I decided not to bother with that science march. She and Brian had been to a protest in Washington, D.C. following the election, and all we'd be doing is standing around. (Brian wasn't able to come, because he had to help Janine with stuff.)
We did still look around, and not just at food either. She showed me such things as a statue of Paul Revere and a memorial each for the Holocaust and the Armenian genocide.
We also visited a food truck festival that was going on despite subpar weather. I got myself some beef borek and a grilled cheese before we decided to move on, and it was from there that I went back to the apartment while Marie just continued.

Brian had Janine and someone whose name I don't remember over, and he and I played all kinds of rap videos on the TV for background. I didn't involve myself much in their interactions, but Janine is still here, having slept over with us.
