Getter Love!! The 20th anniversary!
Dec. 4th, 2018 04:41 amWent to Smithhaven Mall for some Christmas shopping I had planned for after getting paid for the firewood. Bought a few things at f.y.e., and then volume 4 of Puella Magi Oriko Magica: Sadness Prayer at Barnes & Noble, after having already lent my first three volumes to Brian.
Everything I bought, including bus fare, lunch, and some ice cream, costed exactly how much I had in cash and a VISA gift card, along with 62 cents in total more, but nothing in debit and leaving me with 40 cents to store back at home.
Went on to read a few chapters from Yotsuba&, v. 12, before Mom eventually arrived to bring me home.

Today is the 20th anniversary of Getter Love!! Panda Love Unit, and to celebrate, I am going to play a second marathon for 20 days.
And, to alternate, this will also be the day I reactivate WaniKani once and for all, after having left it alone for so long since May in favor of other things.
Here was the first, much longer marathon, following Chronicles of 7th Grade back in 2009, in case anyone is interested:

Should also note that I had mixed up Chikashi and Daisuke's names at the time. They are actually players 2 and 3, but if you're reading from that first marathon, think 3 and 2 respectively whenever I mention them.
And, here is a picture to commemorate with:

Clockwise from far left: Meifa Lee, Kiiro Amami, Makoto Minagawa, Hana Tsudzuki, Natsuki Itoh, Ayumi Shirai, and Shizuku Morimura
