Managed a bit of writing yesterday. It wasn't much, but it was weighing on my mind for the previous few days.
Namely, I had decided on this place I found on Google Maps, called Fig & Thistle Bistro, for the party to eat lunch at after arriving in Inverness, and wanted to describe the establishment itself and some of the food there, after having copied some photos and menus from its Facebook page onto my computer.
Still seeking to get to the part where they meet some guys dressed up as beatniks and greasers. Brian previously suggested a pub somewhere, where they can get slightly drunk and start talking to people there. Bars are supposed to be sort of a social place, but this restaurant they're currently at already has plenty of alcohol, from what I've seen in the photos. I mean, they could meet them simply back out on the streets, but I've already asked Brian to help me with the details, he did agree, but I'm not sure when I should expect to actually hear back from him.
Right now, though, I'm also feeling hot to try a few things out that someone recommended on the Android forum just two nights ago. I asked Yong to try them out for me, so that I don't drop the ball again, but then again, I can't really say I'm on a roll again anyway. At this rate, I might as well try them out myself, and then return to the thread I started if things still don't work out, although the actual game will still wait for until I do enough work to warrant it. (If nothing else, I might actually have Chelle look over what I've already written overall, and get some actual work in once she suggests ways to fill in the blanks and expand on what's there.)

Noticed someone playing Pokemon Platinum on a Nintendo 3DS yesterday at the gym.
Also found a pair of packs of colored dice at Savers after our workout. Decided to get them in case I ever need more than three dice simultaneously, and Mom agreed to pay for them.
