Aug. 4th, 2021 06:40 amAunt Marie and Uncle Ray came over for a few days yesterday, to spread Grandma Barbara's ashes with us today. They also brought their newest dog Polly, a small black shih tzu.
I told them I've been playing Tiles of the Dragon, which they didn't remember at first, since they were the ones who owned it first before giving to us back in the mid-'90s. At some point, Dad came into my room to show Aunt Marie some renovations he did, and I took then to show her the game. Ray came in as well, but said he never played it. Brian came in a bit later, and enjoyed a rush of nostalgia.
And, I managed to beat the round in question.

Most of us played some rounds of canasta after dinner. Mom was busy making dessert for us, but Aunt Marie won the first round, which I ended with 18 points before leaving the game entirely.

In response to something I asked last night on Reddit, someone seems to have stated that Food Fantasy's main story is in fact still ongoing in China and hopefully Japan.
Of course, the only reason that would matter is if someone ever wants me to create randomization tips for that game. As much as I despise about that game, if my gaming methods ever do catch on, then I would want to enable as many different people as possible to put it towards whatever games they like, and I would at least consider whatever people request.
