Usually, whenever I used to post to Freelancer, I'd get a bunch of people within minutes asking for the job but failing to express any knowledge on the subject matter.

Yesterday afternoon, after hearing from so many people mostly from Pakistan, and only one person, from Turkey, who actually proved both his prior experiences and his investment, I decided to return to Upwork and Freelancer for more people worldwide. Unlike before, only one person on Freelancer contacted me, after I had already gone off to bed.
