Yesterday, I arranged for one of my Prinnies, Nel, to recruit a female Champion, who requires a lower-tier Warrior at level 25 to unlock. He recruited a Skilled one for 200 mana, and she jumped all the way to 12 when I cleaned out B8 of the Bow of Justice for a bonus of 3,750 exp for each character present. (She has climbed two more levels this morning, but Nel currently only has 369 of the required 9,500 mana for a Genius Champion. Good thing Laharl only has a third left of his share of grinding.)

This morning, I obtained a total of four Mr. Gency's Exits while upgrading a Villager's Axe. When I resume the game, I am going directly to Bow of Justice B11 and making my way at least to B15.
