Dec. 5th, 2023 06:57 amOver these past two days, Ozzy and someone else on Discord have sent me most of the website's old images. I managed to upload everything Ozzy sent me first to Google Drive, before assessing what's still missing to fill Doctor Eggman in on.
Will need to take today to organize everything from Ozzy into sub-folders, after I apply for some more jobs for the first time in a few weeks, before I sort out Eggman's pics and then create a follow-up video specifying what's still missing.
-----
At some point after Mom came home from work, I came down into the house to say hi, and found the kettle gurgling while most of its water had condensed onto the cupboard above while she and Dad were sleeping, with a few pops from the light in-between. Wiped that all down before refilling the kettle, and they woke up right then. Mom thanked me for cleaning up, before pouring us all some tea.
-----
Turns out that Crunchyroll only has the subbed version of Prisma Illya. Mom said she wouldn't mind watching it in Japanese, but I still took a moment longer to look for it in English. Gogoanime and one other site gave me a bit of a problem before I'd settle back for Crunchyroll.
As it turns out, though, several concepts mentioned during a class project had been changed for the dub. Suddenly, it makes a lot more sense how one of Illya's classmates would mistake the boogeyman for a "princess", and how their teacher would mistake what was supposed to be a princess story for a "superhero" story.
That said, Mom did mention assuming I had everything already set up (must've misconstrued what I actually said before), and I will probably have to set things up in advance today. (If it still fucks up when we actually sit down to watch, though, I might try my hand then with KissAnime instead.)
