Feb. 17th, 2024 05:48 amYesterday's shift was supposed to last from 9:30 to 3:00, 5.5 hours long. Towards the end, I got confused and thought it started at 9:00, and clocked out at 2:25.
2:38, I called Mom and asked where she was, and she told me that her calendar said 3. Tried to sign back in, but the app told me I still have another 16 minutes to wait.
Failing Cecilia, Greg (both unavailable), Doreen, and Rich (conducting an orientation, with a do-not-disturb sign in place), I went instead to customer service, and someone there suggested I speak to supervisor Tara nearby, who then agreed to let Coach Renee know so that there isn't a problem.
