Christine asked me yesterday morning to see my app, so that she could use my Protected PTO to lower my score. Upon letting her access it, it turned out that two points had already been deducted. She escorted me to find Greg, who basically said that he took care of some call-outs that were still pending.

Greg told me from there what to do next time I need to call out or reserve a day off, but I'm gonna have to ask again next time something happens.
