Apr. 17th, 2024 06:27 amMom had off from work yesterday, in order to take Dad to a hydration visit.
While making some hash, she asked me when I came downstairs if I'd also like some French toast, and sent me back upstairs also to get some cranberry juice for Dad. I couldn't find any juice left, and completely forgot about the bread. While we do have plenty of juice in the basement, I couldn't find the bread either when she sent me back up for that.
She went up afterwards, and found it in this grocery bag that she gave me, which had a new coffee maker inside that she recently got from Savers. She then specified that she assumed I would've actually taken that out.

Due to Dad's appointment scheduled right after my shift for the day were to begin, Mom drove me early to work, and gave me a bag of 5-centers that we normally leave behind the gym for someone, in order to fill my downtime with.
Made a total of $2.70 from what the machines would accept, but ended up throwing everything else out. In particular, Topo Chico bottles don't even have a barcode on them, despite specifying which states accept the bottles back.
Mom suggested when she picked me back up, though, that I could've gone to customer service about those, after having me load three new boxes into a cart while she shopped around herself.

Watched S2E9 of New Game! last night, and Mom asked afterwards that we watch the remaining episodes now in context starting tonight or tomorrow.
