Jul. 12th, 2024 05:24 amWalmart had this Red Bull promotion take place in front of the store, with a table set up with several different brands on display, a can full of cans in ice, and two units of this playseat game called Oracle Red Bull Racing. I had several cans while it was going on, including one I stored in the breakroom with that macaroni salad from last week.

Aunt Marie had driven me to work, at my request to save on bus fare, and also came to pick me up again. She drove me through town instead of down the expressway, and told me about several places we passed by, such as a rabbit farm where Dad once worked during his teens (she also specified the owner to have worn a rabbit fur coat that she wanted), the fire station which she said used to be much smaller and relied on volunteers instead of professionals, and a motel that their family stayed at upon moving in from Rhode Island, known then as Joe and Vera's Lake Motel (seemingly long defunct, with even the name missing amongst other things).
