Feb. 15th, 2025 06:39 amNoticed a second crack across my phone screen two days ago (the first one is much smaller and on the bottom) late in my shift two days ago. Can't help but wonder if sharing a pocket with an active handwarmer might've caused it.
Told Mom when she picked me up, and suggested that I might get it fixed at IFixScreens when it comes time to record a new tool introduction video for YouTube. She told me it might be more practical just to inherit Dad's, next time Brian comes over when he can change the simcard.

Had a migrain behind my left eye yesterday morning, and had to take off from work.
The previous morning, I had felt one behind both eyes while grinding some exp in Earthbound Zero, but chalked it up to having forced myself awake too early in the morning just to get some gameplay in. Took some ibuprofen and a nap upon rolling a 20-sided 20 to conclude said grinding session, but those didn't seem to work, and I texted Mom about it. However, it did go away while I awaited my bus to work, and I chalked it up to being out in some fresh air for around 15 minutes.
Yesterday morning, it didn't go away even then, and I had to ask the driver just to move on before requesting a day off on my work app.
Called Mom at one point to ask if she could come home to bring me to the clinic about that. She said that she'd still have to wait until a coworker would be in to cover for her, but also that Dr. Mattimoe would probably just recommend some rest. Along with having already taken both some ibuprofen and another kind of medicine that she recommended to me, she also suggested I have a Coke. And as per an article about migraines, I also tried applying a cold pack and Dad's old heating pad, and boiling some tea. Nothing seemed to be working immediately, but the pain did subside gradually, allowing me at some point to vacuum the house and walk a lap down Masem Court.
And now, I barely even have a cold anymore.

Managed at one point to take on the Zoo in my game. Defeating the Starman Jr., though, only prompts Ninten to occupy the space in front of its capsule after that leaves, and freezes the game from there. Brought that up with Vadim, but I still have yet to hear back.
