Apr. 8th, 2026 07:13 amMom brought me to Center Moriches Free Public Library again to drop off those three items. Had a look around for more anime, even checking further around where I checked previously, and got myself Say "I Love You" and the first 13 episodes of Soul Eater.
Mom then brought me to a nearby Mr. Softee's parlor (same franchise as our local ice cream truck). She got some kind of soft-serve cone, and I got a cup of Capuccino Crunch topped with Reese's Overload.
With those, she drove somewhere to get a view of South Bay, which we also usually get a view of during walks around Bellport. Where she actually went, though, most of the view was blocked, and we had to climb out to walk down a short makeshift walkway for a better view.
She then drove around town to see some nursery she had heard about, and we also happened to pass the funeral home where we picked up Dad's ashes.
