Chronicles of 7th Grade, week 7

After I got home from school, I played Super Mario Bros. for one last time, and then started playing Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire.

Before first period, Libby told me about a car that went on fire in the parking lot. I asked Ms. B. if I could go out to see it, but she said no. Some other adult that she mentioned to said that she wasn’t going outside to see something like that herself. After first period, I asked Jenna if she heard about the car that went on fire. She said yes. I told her that Libby told me about it.
Today in Gym, Coach O’Neal had us run two laps around the field. I was gonna be partners with Tyson, but he ditched me, so I just walked by myself. While I was on my second lap, I saw four girls sitting in a circle, and one of them was wearing a South Park t-shirt. I looked over to see what it had on it, and then kept going. After I finished my second lap, Coach O’Neal yelled at me for this.
After dinner, Mom asked me what I did in Gym today. After I told them, they spoke to me about walking. I then told my parents that last week, Tyson told me to touch someone’s ear, and I listened to him. One time, I flicked his head. After a few minutes, I stopped. Soon, I started saying things like “I’m no good at making friends” and “Group sucks anyway.” Afterwards, I asked Dad if he was still mad at me. He told me that he still does immature things. Later, I played Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire, then watched the last fifteen minutes of Animorphs, and then played more Nintendo.
Next time, I’ll make more of an effort in Gym.

This morning, I was supposed to sweep the driveway, and Dad’s like “Think about the work” each time I neglected sweeping the driveway. Later, Mom’s like “This is you: work, work, play, work, work, play, work, work, swing the broom.” A few minutes later, I was gonna come back into the house, and Dad’s like “Get to work.” He nodded a little bit. I then went down Masem Court. Dennis was outside his house, and he waved to me, and I gave him the finger and ran back near the Bernacki’s. A few minutes later, he came to me on his bike, and he’s like “Why did you give me the finger?” I told Mom what happened, and a few minutes later, I told her that I wanted to apologize to him.
I should note that at that time, I hated Dennis Marino because I had been friends with him up until the previous May, but almost every time I tried to play with him, he made up excuses as to why he "couldn't".
Like with SMB3, it's only taken me a day to complete Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire yesterday. This comes as no surprise, since I have no school in the way. However, considering that it took so long to beat Diddy Kong Racing and how few entries I had to write from the time I was playing it, just think of the hiatus Co7G would've been on if I was at school.
